Q1. How to buy dhuni or oil or any product on the website?

A: Select product >> make payment in our account or paytm>> upload receipt or whatsapp payment receipt to us on our helpline 8130331007 >> give your address >> parcel will be dispatched upon confirmation from bank.

Q2. Is making account on website paid?

A: Making account is free of cost.

Q3. Is COD (Cash on delivery) available?

A: No! You have to pay first, then the product will be dispatched to you.

Q4. How to do the dhuni?

A: Please watch the video links provided below.

Q5. How to apply oil?

A: apply oil generally on the body, massage gently and not to rub vigorously.

Q6. Do you dispatch out of India?

A: we dispatch everywhere in the world.

Note: We reserve right to not send our products in the areas where there is no trade treaty with that country.

Q7. How many days will it take the parcel to reach??

A: It depends on the location and mode of courier. Standard courier takes 5-10 days. Express plus takes 1-2 days. India post takes 5-10 days.

Southern portion of India takes 8-10 days, Middle portion of India takes 5-6 days while northern portion of India takes 3-4 days via standard courier.

International parcels take 8-15 days to reach.

Note: In unforeseen circumstances, natural calamities, unfavourable weather conditions, floods, elections, curfew, war, war zones, terrorism affected areas, far away locations or any similar circumstance, which may prohibit timely delivery, the delivery may be delayed in that case.

Q8. How many months I have to do the dhuni?

A: You can do it all life, but a min. Of 6 months you have to do it.

Q9. Can we do the dhuni in Temple?

A: Dhuni is purely satvik. You can do it in temple, everywhere in the house and can also do the Hawan with the dhuni.

Q10. Can we do dhuni during periods/ menstrual days?

A: During periods, don’t touch the dhuni. Someone else in the house can do the dhuni.

1. 11 Can we do dhuni after having sexual / intimate relation with my partner?

A: After having intimate relation with the partner, do dhuni after having a shower.

Q12. Our good pittar haunts the house, can we do the dhuni then?

A: Yes! You can do the dhuni. Dhuni never hurts good energies. It only hurts bad energy. Also, for Pittar, Pittar shaanti dhuni is recommended.

A: During shraadh, Pittar shaanti dhuni is recommended.

Q13. Can we do the dhuni at night? Any specific time of doing the dhuni?

A: You can do the dhuni at any time. It should Ideally be done in 4 pehers of the day i.e. Morning, afternoon, evening and at night before going to sleep. There is no specific clock time to do the dhuni. You can do the dhuni at any time in these Pehers.

उत्तर: तेल आमतौर पर शरीर पर लगाएं, धीरे से मालिश करें और जोर से न रगड़ें।

उत्तर: हाँ जी! हम धुनि दुनिया में हर जगह भेजते हैं|

नोट: हम अपने उत्पादों को उन क्षेत्रों में नहीं भेजने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं, जहां उस देश के साथ कोई व्यापार संधि नहीं है।

प्रश्न:   पार्सल पहुँचने में कितने दिन लगेंगे?

उत्तर: यह इस बात पे निर्भर करता है कि कूरियर जाना कहाँ है और किस माध्यम से भेजा गया है| सामान्य कूरियर पहुँचने में ५-१० दिन लेता है, जबकि एक्सप्रेस प्लस १-२ दिन लेता है और भारतीय डाक से भेजे गए कूरियर ५-१० दिन में पहुँचते हैं|

सामान्य कूरियर सेवा से हिंदुस्तान के दक्षिण और पूर्वी भारतीय जगहों पर कूरियर ८-१० दिन में पहुँचता है, मध्य हिंदुस्तान की जगहों पर ५-६ दिन और उत्तर भारत के जगहों पर अमूमन ३-४ दिन में पहुँचता है|

अंतराष्ट्रीय पार्सल ७-१५ दिन में पहुँचते हैं|

नोट: अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में, जैसे कि प्राकृतिक आपदाएँ, प्रतिकूल मौसम की स्थिति, बाढ़, सुनामी ग्रस्त इलाके, चुनाव, कर्फ्यू, युद्ध, युद्ध क्षेत्र, आतंकवाद प्रभावित क्षेत्र, दूर के स्थान या ऐसी ही कोई भी परिस्थिति, जो समय पर डिलीवरी पर रोक लगा सकती है, उस स्थिति में डिलीवरी में देरी हो सकती है।

प्रश्न:   धुनि कब तक करनी है?

उत्तर: अच्छे परिणामों के लिए धुनि कम से कम ६ महीने तो करनी ही है| वैसे आप धुनि को आजीवन कर सकते हैं|

प्रश्न:   क्या हम धुनि मंदिर में कर सकते हैं?

उत्तर: धुनि पूर्णतः सात्विक है| आप इसको मंदिर में कर सकते हैं, अपने घर में कर सकते हैं और तो और इस से हवन भी कर सकते हैं|

प्रश्न:   क्या मासिक धर्म में धुनि कर सकते हैं?

उत्तर: मासिक धर्म में धुनि को ना छुएं| घर का कोई और व्यक्ति धुनि कर सकता है|

प्रश्न:   अपने साथी के साथ प्रणय सम्बन्ध / शारीरिक सम्बन्ध स्थापित करने के बाद भी धुनि कर सकते हैं?

उत्तर: हाँ जी, कर सकते हैं लेकिन स्नान करने के बाद ही करें|

उत्तर: हाँ जी, यह धुनि अच्छी आत्माओं को कोई नुक्सान नहीं पहुंचाती, यह सिर्फ बुरी आत्माओं को भगाती है| इसलिए आप यह धुनि कर सकते हैं, हालांकि पित्तरों के लिए हम पित्तर शांति धुनि करने का सुझाव देते हैं|

उत्तर: हाँ जी, श्राद्धों में पित्तर शान्ति धुनि करना सर्वोत्तम है|

प्रश्न:   क्या हम रात को धुनि कर सकते हैं? क्या धुनि करने का कोई विशेष समय है?

उत्तर: आप किसी भी समय धुनि कर सकते हैं| धुनि दिन के ४ पेहेर करनी चाहिए – सुबह, दोपहर, शाम और रात को सोने से पहले| धुनि करने का कोई विशेष घड़ी का वक़्त नहीं है| आप इन चार पेहेर के किसी भी समयों पर धुनि कर सकते हैं|
